Hillyard Lok-Gard is a
specially formulated
seal/finish designed to
enhance the rich, natural
color of marble floors. A
Lok-Gard treated floor
resists scuffing, scratching,
black heel marks, and
discoloration, even in high
traffic areas. It can be used
on all types of marble and is
especially designed for
highly polished marble.
Lok-Gard is easy to apply.
Simply apply one to four
coats with a clean synthetic
mop to bring your floor back
to a beautiful gloss. Once
your floors are coated with
Lok-Gard, you will find
daily/weekly maintenance much
easier. Just damp mop or
autoscrub your floor using
Super Shine-All or Top Clean.
Dry burnish periodically with
a high speed floor machine
and Hillyard 100-D Neutral
Polythermal pads to maintain
a deep, clear, protective
shine. Unlike many other
marble products on the market
today, Lok-Gard does not
contain acids that can eat
away at the surface of the
floor. Lok-Gard is also
classified by Underwriters
Laboratories, Inc. as to slip
resistance, 186S, and is
non-flammable. Lok-Gard comes
packaged in one gallon
containers and has an
economical coverage rate of
2,500 square feet per gallon.
